Sold properties

Sold Dubai property, kept only when it remains useful.

A sold home can provide context when its date, location, size, condition and position are understood. A price without those details can mislead.

The public record

No claims without a useful property record.

Sold-property records appear here only when the retained page still helps a buyer or owner understand the home and its context.

Useful archive

A retained sold page should explain the property, its status, the last-confirmed date and the details that made it distinct. It should not pretend the home is still available.

Responsible removal

A removed page should point to a genuinely relevant replacement only when one exists. It should never send every expired home back to the homepage.

Reading the evidence

A comparable sale has to be comparable.

Use registered transactions and asking stock together, then be clear about the date, sample and limits of the comparison.

Match

Compare the right details

Community name alone is not enough. Look at subcommunity, property type, size, plot, condition, occupancy, view and exact position.

Date

Keep the time period visible

A sale reflects one buyer and seller at a particular point. State when it happened and what changed before drawing a conclusion.

Limit

Say what the data cannot prove

Small samples and missing property details reduce confidence. Read more in the market notes.
