Current use
The public website does not intentionally use advertising, remarketing or behavioural-profiling tools. It does not add a visitor to an advertising audience because they browse the site or send an enquiry.
The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it is used. They are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time with the “Opt out of analytics” link in the footer. No HubSpot visitor tag is used.
Essential delivery and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It may process request information and use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to provide security, prevent abuse, balance traffic and maintain reliable access. These functions are not used here to build advertising profiles.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 measures page use, referral campaigns and form milestones. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (for example clicks and scrolling) so layout problems can be found and fixed. Cloudflare may also provide aggregate site and performance measurement needed to operate and protect the site.
Measurement information may include pages viewed, referral campaign, selected website actions, device or browser category, country-level location and performance timing. It is used to understand reach, improve the journey and diagnose performance problems.
The Google Analytics Measurement ID is G-VR7HCYYXQV; Google Analytics and Clarity set their own first-party cookies to recognise a returning browser. If you opt out, the choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and a cookie, both named analytics_opt_out; Google Analytics is then disabled for this browser and Clarity is not loaded. The public pages and enquiry forms work the same either way.
External services
The site’s typefaces are self-hosted. OpenFreeMap provides map style and tile data on the Arabian Ranches page. When those resources load, the relevant provider receives the technical information needed to return them.
Links to Cal.com, WhatsApp, Google Maps and other third-party websites open their services only when you choose them. Their own privacy and cookie terms then apply.
Your controls and contact
Analytics is on by default. Use “Opt out of analytics” in the footer of any page to turn Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity off for this browser, or opt out now; the same link then reads “Opt back in to analytics.” You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. The public pages and enquiry forms remain usable without analytics.
