Move carefully
A strong first review can be fast and still be disciplined.
Confirm the home solves the reason you started looking before being distracted by presentation or a recent launch date.
Review location, size, layout, condition, occupancy, ownership documents and the costs relevant to the exact property.
Use comparable evidence, your inspection and the seller’s circumstances to decide whether—and how—you should proceed.
