Information collected
Information you choose to provide
When you complete an enquiry, buying brief, selling brief or private search form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, budget, timing, property details, listing links and the questions you want answered. You may also state whether your Dubai property plan involves Australian lending and, where relevant, choose whether your details may be shared with NewGen Finance Brokers for that separate purpose. If you choose to book a call through Cal.com, you may also provide a meeting time and an optional note.
Technical information
When the site is visited, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page and request timing. Campaign information in a link, such as its source, medium and campaign name, and selected website actions may also be recorded to understand how the site is reached and used.
External services
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and enquiry delivery. The Google tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied; with your analytics permission, Google Analytics measures page use, referral campaigns and enquiry milestones. The production site self-hosts its typefaces and uses map data from OpenFreeMap on the Arabian Ranches page. Cal.com handles call scheduling after you choose the external booking link. HubSpot is not used as a general visitor tag or as the destination for ordinary Dubai property enquiries; it receives a referral record only when you explicitly consent to NewGen Finance Brokers being involved. Those providers receive only the technical, enquiry or booking information needed for their role.
How information is used

- To prepare a property comparison, buying search or sales conversation you request.
- To operate, protect and improve the website and its forms.
- To keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
Your information is not sold, and it is not added to an advertising list simply because you sent an enquiry.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, continue a requested property conversation, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Technical logs may be kept for shorter periods determined by the relevant service provider.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please avoid sending passports, bank statements or other highly sensitive documents through the general enquiry forms.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also withdraw an enquiry at any time.
The site can be accessed from outside the United Arab Emirates. Some service providers may process information in other countries. Appropriate provider and contractual safeguards are used where required for cross-border processing.
