The website is provided to introduce Joshua Khoury’s Dubai residential property services, share general market observations and make it easier to start a private enquiry.
Property and market information
Property descriptions, community information, maps, market notes, prices and transaction references are general information only. They may be incomplete, delayed or change without notice.
Nothing on the site is a formal valuation, investment recommendation, mortgage recommendation, legal advice or tax advice. Before making a decision, you should verify the property, title, measurements, condition, permitted alterations, service charges, finance position and transaction evidence relevant to you.
Past transactions and asking prices do not guarantee a future sale price or investment result.
Enquiries and availability
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create an agency, brokerage or advisory agreement. Any formal appointment, representation or fee arrangement must be agreed separately.
Australian credit enquiries are handled separately by NewGen Finance Brokers. NewGen reviews the Australian finance position; Joshua’s Dubai property service handles the Dubai property search, comparison and transaction. A link or consent to share an enquiry does not turn those services into one combined service.
A property may be withdrawn, reserved, sold, repriced or otherwise unavailable at any time. A response time is not guaranteed, although reasonable efforts are made to review each genuine enquiry promptly.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use automated systems to overload, scrape or copy the site in a way that harms the service or infringes rights.
Intellectual property and links
